Our pieces have been submerged in water, worn during showers, taken to the pool and beach, and subjected to daily wear and tear. We wanted to ensure that our jewelry could withstand any environment or occasion without compromising its color or quality, allowing us to stand behind every piece we produce.

Therefore, we are proud to offer a comprehensive 1 Year Warranty on all items (except sale items) at Harmanaz Jewelry. This warranty covers rusting, tarnishing, manufacturing defects, and color fading. If you encounter any issues related to these aspects of your purchase, please notify us, and we will promptly replace your item at no cost to you. We want to ensure that you receive a product that meets our high standards and provides long-lasting satisfaction.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to broken jewelry or scratches resulting from general wear and tear over time. We prioritize the quality and durability of our pieces, but some signs of use and normal wear are expected with regular use.

If you receive a defective item from us, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In some cases, where the shipping costs are prohibitively high for the item's destination country, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement.

This new 1 Year Warranty applies to all orders placed on or after March 22, 2023, and is effective as of that date. We strive to continuously improve and provide the best customer experience possible, and this warranty is another step in our commitment to your satisfaction.
